They are pretty good and my favorite is the the Chocolate Banana Smoothie with my own personal twist (of course...just like Sally). I lessen the chocolate, add caramel syrup, non-fat milk, and reduce the protein mix. How to “call it” (order it)? 1 Pump mocha, 3 Pumps Sugar-Free Caramel, Non-fat, 1 scoop protein, Chocolate Banana Smoothie Please. [The cup would look something like this: 1-Mo, 3-SFC, N, 1 Pro, CBS].
